The manner of execution of subsidy programme :
(a) Financial assistance is provided to poor and needy patients to undergo major surgery etc. out of Governor’s welfare fund.
(b) Discretionary grants are sanctioned to deserving non-Governmental organizations doing social welfare works for the under-priviledged.
