Powers and duties of Officers and employees :

 

          According to Rule 5 of the Governor’s (allowances and privileges) Rules 1987 issued by the Government of India under section 13 of Governor’s (emolument, allowances and privileges) Act 1982, in addition to Household Establishment as per Rule 4 of the schedule, the Governor shall be entitled to separate secretarial staff which shall be provided by the concerned State Government.  Staff sanction at present is as follows :
